I have always been in sports, and I discovered lifting during my college soccer years. One of my teammates introduced me to the CrossFit world, and I decided that would be my new sport after college!
WHY DID YOU BECOME A TRAINER?
As a very goal-oriented person, I want that for others as well. It’s rewarding to see the growth that comes from putting in the work.

Top 3: wall balls, box jumps, and burpees!
HOW DO YOU SPEND YOUR REST DAYS?
On days I’m not at the gym, I’m actively serving in my youth and young adult ministries.
WHAT MAKES YOU THE HAPPIEST WHEN WORKING WITH OUR MEMBERS?
I love seeing the excitement when people reach their goals and achieve things they didn’t think they could do!
