Core Youth teaches kids age 6-17 about the joy of fitness and eating well while also coaching them in correct movement patterns. Our youth program is structured in 4- or 6-week progressive cycles that begins with the very basics of body weight movements, progressing kids to using dumbbells and barbells only after they have adequately demonstrated an ability to move correctly.
