WHEN DID YOU START COACHING AT CCFH?
I began part-time coaching at CCFH in July 2017. I quit my full-time job to start full-time coaching in November of 2020.
WHAT does fitness mean to you?
Fitness to me means that I’m able to live an active lifestyle of my choosing. I can go for the hike, play with my dog, line dance, or compete. I can move without pain.
WHY DID YOU BECOME A Fitness professional?
I became a fitness professional because Angi asked me if I wanted to! I also really enjoy working with others and helping them become a better version of themselves.
WHAT is your favorite thing(s) to do Outside the gym?
Outside of the gym I love going to see live music! I also enjoy reading, taking trips, and spending time with my family, friends, and Crosby!I love seeing people reach milestones.
What makes you the happiest when working with our members?
Through the tears, hard work, grit, and constant drive to improve, I love watching people reach milestones they worked hard to achieve. It’s even more rewarding when its something they thought they’d never do.
